Live on a Ranch,
not where one used to be.

At The Havens at Sand Creek Ranch, you’re part of a living, working ranch. Big skies, hay fields, and authentic Western life, all without the hassle of managing a ranch.

Available Homesites.

Homesites offer privacy and panoramic views. No two sites are alike, and the ranch will never feel crowded. Sites are located in the agricultural fields, rolling hills and close to the foothills of the Bighorns.

Water, power, and broadband are ready. Each site was meticulously chosen to be ideal for building and includes a high-resolution survey and topographical data. Saving you time and resources in the building process.

Ranch Story.

The Jenkins, stewards of the land for generations, created The Havens to protect their family ranch from being lost to overdevelopment.

John Jenkins placed the vast majority of the 836-acre Ranch under permanent conservation and opened just 99 acres for individually-owned homesites. Each homesite was placed to preserve the integrity of the land’s working ranch and the wildlife and ecosystems within in, while maximizing views and beauty for residents.
