Homes here are built to last, with enduring craftsmanship and quality finishes. And because the surrounding land is permanently protected by a conservation easement and covenants, your home will retain its views and value.

Higher Quality Wyoming building costs currently range from $325 to $400 per sq ft.

  • A well-finished 1,500–1,800 sq ft home on a modest homesite can be completed for around $800-900K—all in.
  • Larger homes often range from $1 million to $1.5 million, depending on size and style.

Your Homesite Is Build-Ready

At The Havens, infrastructure is already in place: roads are built, electric is underground and ready for hookup, and wireless broadband is available. There is also strong cellular service. All that’s left for you to install are a well, septic and propane – all typical for building on rural ranching properties in Wyoming.

Every homesite includes a high-resolution survey and topographical data accurate to two feet vertically and six inches horizontally. This gives your builder the information needed to efficiently construct your dream home.
